Energy Essentials™ (USA) believes in customer satisfaction. Customers can return orders within 30 days of the purchase date. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive. The following conditions apply:
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policies:

Shipping & handling charges are included to and from Energy Essentials. We vary the shipping charges according to the price and weight of the orders.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of the order. Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery of the order. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
We keep customer´s informed about the status of their order by email.
Please be sure to add info@energyessentials.com to your email inbox to receive email notifications regarding the status of your order.
Please contact Customer Service to cancel your order. If the orders are cancelled after the puchase, then the Return Policies apply.
Customers are liable to pay any sales tax or any extra fees in their state of residence.
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.
